Welcome to ListOff! By using our game, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What ListOff Is

ListOff is a free word-listing game available on Telegram and iOS. You get a category and race the clock to name as many answers as you can. All topics are free and available to every player.

2. In-App Purchases

ListOff offers optional purchases on supported platforms:

• Telegram may offer optional cosmetic purchases such as coins, themes, avatars, and other visual customizations.
• iOS may offer an optional VIP subscription that adds extra cosmetic or convenience benefits such as bonus coin rewards, additional free hints, exclusive cosmetics, and a VIP badge.
• All purchases are designed to leave core topic access and answer matching available to every player.
• Virtual items have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

3. Refund Policy

Telegram Stars purchases are generally final once the virtual item is delivered. App Store subscriptions are billed, managed, cancelled, and refunded according to Apple's policies and your Apple ID settings.

4. Display Names, Shared Links, and Reports

If you choose a display name or share a challenge, daily result, or round result, that information may be visible to other players or to people who have the shared link. Do not use names, links, or gameplay surfaces to harass others, impersonate people, share contact information, or post offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise abusive content. You can report offensive names or shared links by emailing hello@416.games with the link, screenshot, or other context. We may remove, reset, hide, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use ListOff. By using the game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players' experience.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of ListOff.

7. Service Availability

ListOff is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any interruption, data loss, or changes to the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in ListOff are owned by their respective creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the game without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ListOff after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
